- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 chopped Ekoa Coconut Bar
- Add the first 3 ingredients to a blender and combine for 15-20 seconds, until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a cup or sealable jar and add the Chia Seeds. Mix well and place it in the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
