Returns & Exchange

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our Returns and Exchange Policy:

  • We do not process refunds after 30 days of the purchase date.
  • There must be no more than 2 bars missing from each returned package for a full refund.
  • Discounted items can only be exchange for products of equal or lesser value.

To initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail us at support@ekoabrands.com or call us on (813) 513-3346. We’ll send you the label and further instructions. Once your package is shipped, we will process your request and issue your refund. For exchanges, items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
